IMG operates a mechanical and electrical workshop in Beirut specializing in generator
assembly, chassis fabrication and industrial maintenance works. The workshop includes
covered work areas and an outdoor preparation area for equipment setup and storage
The workshop manufactures acoustic generator enclosures, structural steel base frames,
custom diesel fuel tanks, exhaust silencers and air intake louvers. All Steel welding and
finishing are executed internally.
IMG performs complete mechanical integration of diesel generator sets, including the
installation of the cooling system, fuel system and exhaust system. Each generator is mounted on in-house manufactured reinforced steel bases.
The generator control panels are assembled, tested and integrated within the workshop,
incorporating all required protection according to best practices
Prior to commissioning, the generator sets undergo operational checks to ensure voltage
stability, load response performance, and protection system functionality.
